We believe in "from scratch" cooking . Almost everything is made in house including all breads, veggie burgers, burgers, gyros, jams, hot sauce, dressings, soups, sauces and on and on all the way down to the pickles.
We believe in keeping it local. We source our food from 20+ local farms some of them certified organic but all of them naturally minded that refrain from the use of pesticides, GMOs, growth hormones or antibiotics. Not everything is local, I mean, no one grows olives in Ohio, but we do our best and wouldn't have it any other way.
We believe in sustainability. From meticulously sourced seafood with the most sustainable fishing methods to handmade patio furniture made from old wood pallets. We use only compostable carryout containers and a local farm composts all of our food and paper waste.
We believe in seasonal creativity. Weekly dinner specials using the best of what the farmers have to offer. Vegan/Vegetarian options galore including classic meat dishes transformed. Chef's Choice anything goes "Vick" Burgers. Specialty seasonal pancakes and daily omelet specials.
We believe in classic cuisine and world cuisine done right. From fresh baked biscuits and gravy made with local cream and sausage to our famous thin and crispy pancakes to huevos rancheros to gyros and falafel to Irish chicken, wagyu steak, Thai peanut tofu and shrimp and grits. There is not a style of cuisine we don't love and prepare with love.
